See More spectacle cases are manufactured at state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Ahmedabad. See More specializes in bulk manufacturing and deliver quality goods to wholesalers.
We sell our products to customers in every part of the country, except in Bihar. Customer referrals are our biggest source of new business, and this shows why happy customers are our most critical asset.
We started as Pooja Plast, a small company manufacturing plastic products for household use. It has been a successful journey so far, and we are proud to say that we have loyal customers in all parts of the country. Our goal is to have happy and satisfied customers in all corners of the world and make See More spectacles a global brand.
The key objective of See More Case is to launch innovative, original and trendy designs, and to be the market leader in optical case manufacturing industry. The company aims to cater to both domestic and international markets, and wants to set new benchmark in designing stylish, durable and classy optical cases.
Our vision is to provide customers spectacle cases of outstanding quality and innovative design, and develop new markets for premium categories.
Our mission is to launch a new product line with premium features in a few months time and develop customer base for high-end spectacle cases. We will expand into South East Asia, the USA and Africa in the next few years.
See More Case is ably led and managed by the joint CEOs Mr. Kamlesh Dayala and Mr. Ashvin Dayala.
Mr. Kamlesh Dayala is a dynamic professional with close to a decade of experience. He built See More Case as a unit of Pooja Plast and continues to take it to greater heights.
Mr. Dayala always places customers and employees at the centre of his business philosophy. He has strong technical knowledge and is always trying to make manufacturing processes and methodology efficient and effective. He regards good communication skills as an important quality, and is constantly trying to improve his interpersonal communication skills.
One of his greatest challenges was to meet production target of10 lac pieces per month, and he proudly achieved it to set his business on the path of fast growth.
In addition to his superb business acumen, Mr.Dayala is also an extremely determined and passionate person. His perseverance was put to test when the company lost everything due to a major fire. But Mr.Kamlesh Dayala kept faith and worked hard to rebuild his business and help bring it back to original glory. Though he is a workaholic at home, Mr.Dayala makes it a point to chill and unwind when he’s at home with his family.
Mr. Ashvin Dayala brings unparallel passion, commitment and technical expertise to the table, and it is under his expert guidance that See More is able to grow at an exponential pace. His wonderful personality traits like easily approachable nature, intelligence, kindness, sharp business acumen and risk taking ability have helped See More scale new heights.
Mr. Dayala lays utmost emphasis on lean and nimble production processes, and is interested in learning more about six sigma implementation. This is also why See More is able to scale up easily to meet increasing demand. We are proud of the fact that we are innovative and creative, and have made 500 new customers in short span of 1 year.
Lord Nar Narayan is the role model of Mr. Ashvin Dayala and he believes that faith in the Lord is what helps him stay calm during testing times. On a good day, Mr. Dayala takes on challenges and changes them into growth and learning opportunities.
Watching popular TV shows during free time helps him unwind. He also loves spending time with his family. Mr. Ashvin Dayala strongly believes that family is the biggest motivating factor in his life.
